This demands a total focus on greater utilisation of renewable energies and adoption of low-carbon technologies needed to drive the green revolution. However, this also hugely intensifies demand for minerals. Central to this demand are rare earth elements (“REEs”)

CREPL has been promoted by CACL, as a stepdown subsidiary, to secure the group’s presence in the growing business of Rare Earths.
CREPL aims to be a reliable and responsible producer, processor & trader of rare earths and to contribute in the development of an ethical and sustainable supply chain for these strategic materials.
With the strong backing of the parent company and leveraging the extensive facilities of the group’s Engineering & Projects team, Laboratories, R&D centre and related infrastructure, CREPL aims to focus its efforts in activating the present and future potential of developing a meaningful resource base and a value chain with an India centric approach.
This includes exploration & prospecting activities, building the appropriate infrastructure for separation & refining, and trading of REE products on a global scale.
